Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 27, 2026
Zoodi Direct helps businesses draft and automate responses to customer messages. This policy explains what data we process when a business connects its social messaging accounts or tests the assistant.
Information We Process
- Messages sent by customers to a connected business account.
- Business-provided knowledge, example replies, FAQs, product details, and support instructions.
- Technical identifiers required to route messages, such as sender IDs, page IDs, timestamps, and message IDs.
- Operational logs used for debugging delivery, quality, security, and abuse prevention.
How We Use Information
- To generate relevant draft replies or automated replies for customer support.
- To test and improve the business's assistant configuration.
- To troubleshoot webhook delivery, API errors, and product reliability.
- To comply with platform policies, legal obligations, and security requirements.
AI Processing
Customer messages and business knowledge may be sent to an AI provider, such as OpenAI, to generate a response. We only send the content needed to produce the requested reply.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers that help operate the assistant, including hosting providers, AI providers, and platform APIs used to receive or send business messages.
Retention
Business configuration data is retained while the business uses the service. Message logs may be retained for debugging and quality purposes, and can be deleted upon request unless retention is required for security or legal reasons.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including limiting access to tokens and API keys. Businesses should not share access tokens or secrets in public channels.
Your Choices
A business can disconnect its account, disable automation, remove stored knowledge, or request deletion of stored data. See our Data Deletion Instructions.
